Every year around Valentine's Day we have a dinner for the widowed and recently widowed women in our church and community. The men, including the Pastor, do all of the serving and the food preparation, and our Fellowship Hall is transformed by all of the beautiful decorations! This event is especially meaningful and appreciated by our friends, and is a joy for everyone involved. It is a means of making sure that a day devoted to the expression of love is one that includes lots of love for those who mean so much to us and not just a day for romantic love.
